Recently, the urban upgrading projects for Huli, Dianqian, and Jiangtou Sub-districts, managed by C&D City Services, have been substantially completed, with the Heshan Sub-district project already passing its preliminary inspection. Among these, the Jiangtou Sub-district upgrading project was featured in a report by Xiamen Television. These projects, which included critical components such as the separation of rain and sewage pipelines, outdoor mixed connection transformations, completion of sewage pipelines, pipe defect repairs, and drainage improvements at garbage collection points, also involved modifications to wastewater pretreatment facilities and supporting networks for street-side shops (excluding urban villages).

After initiating these projects, C&D City Services organized all parties involved to intensify efforts, ensuring effective implementation. Currently, the projects are undergoing performance verification and handover. These initiatives, in response to the city's sewage command head's directives, contribute to enhancing urban quality, protecting aquatic environments, and providing a cleaner and healthier living environment for the residents.
