Recently, the China Road Construction Industry Association announced the winners of the 2022-2023 second batch of Quality Engineering Awards in Highway Transportation. Three projects participated in by C&D Holsin— "Xiamen Second West Passage Project," "Zhangzhou Tianbao to Longyan Jiaoyang Expressway Expansion Project (Longyan Section)," and "Shacheng Bay Cross-Sea Highway Channel Project" — were honored with the "Quality Engineering Prize in Highway Transportation (Li Chun Award)." Four employees involved in the project construction received the "Outstanding Project Builder" title.

The "Li Chun Award," jointly established by the Ministry of Transport and the China Road Construction Industry Association, is the highest quality award in China's highway industry. It stands alongside other prestigious awards like the Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize, the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, and the Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Prize, representing the highest honor for Chinese transportation and highway builders.
