Recently, the Xiamen Bank Quanzhou Branch Building, a 132-meter supertall building built by Lianfa Group, was awarded the “Fujian Provincial Quality Engineering Award for Construction Projects in 2022 (Minjiang Cup)” and the “East China Quality Engineering Award in 2023”. This project, as an important practice of Lianfa Group’s pursuit of green and sustainable development, is the first Office Building Project in Quanzhou to be double certified with LEED Gold certification for U.S. Green Buildings and Fujian Province’s Two-Star Green Building Evaluation Labeling building.
