Lianfa Eryu 1819 apartments was recently awarded the "MBI Influential Project" - "2021 Excellent Quality Project" at the "2022 MBI Brand Summit on China Rental Property" hosted by the Meadin Research Institute and Meadin.com.

"Eryu" is reportedly the first youth-oriented, long-term rental apartment brand by Lianfa Group.
