At the end of 2021, Xiamen Yiyue, a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D International (01908.HK), acquired 29.01% of Holsin, becoming the largest single shareholder of Holsin and gaining the right of control. Since then, Holsin has become a member of C&D System.
