On March 3, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released the latest list of “Double-Hundred Action” enterprises for SOE reforms. Xiamen C&D Group appeared on the list. 

According to media reports, the “Double-Hundred Action” program is a special initiative for SOE reforms organized by the Leadership Group of SOE Reforms under the State Council. The initiative involves the selection of about a hundred subsidiaries of central-government-affiliated enterprises and a hundred regional key state-owned enterprises for the implementation of the requirements outlined in the “1+N” series of documents. The program is aimed at promoting comprehensive reforms, achieving breakthroughs in major sectors and key areas for reform, and building a number of pioneering SOEs in reforms. These exemplary SOEs will create a powerful force for the comprehensive deepening of SOE reforms, thereby building up the momentum for the full reform of SOEs and injecting fresh vitality into SOEs.
